“I welcome you to the Private Chartered Universities Forum (PCUF),which has been established by private Universities of KP to synergize and integrate our efforts to bring qualitative improvement in the Higher education. I thank the Presidents/Chancellors of these Universities to give me an opportunity to serve the Forum as Chairman for next one year tenure, starting from 1st January 2016.
During this period we have planned to jointly arrange mega events like National Software and IT competition, KP Sports Gala, Mega Job Fair etc. A joint International Conference is also under consideration.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, the forum is actively engaged in scholarship program to needy and intellectual students, Social work etc. We are endevoring to connect our graduates to job markets as well.
Collective the Universities of the Forum are creating opportunities for large number of students for quality higher education, so that they can play pivotal role in the socioeconomic development of Pakistan and particularly KP.
We believe in Core values of Quality , Commitment and Dedication. To this end it is highly imperative that same playing field may be provided to private Universities at par with Public sector Universities, in the areas of reaseach funding, faculty development and other developmental projects.
I will always welcome your suggestions for our improvement so that we can jointly achieve the mission of highly educated prosperous and peaceful Pakistan and KP.”
